Bought this as a new, camera and lights work, but can't get any response from the rotors at all, so it obviously doesn't fly. The camera does appear to get hot at times. We've no idea what could be wrong, the display on the controller seems to indicate that it sending a rotor turn signal.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
