Camera fell from body during flight and hit a slate roof and fell into a water filled gully. it was recovered and left to dry for a few days but does respond to movement instructions but does not produce a picture. one of the mountings has snapped of leaving three which does still seem adequate. it doesnt show any other visible damage

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
