copter detached during flight at height of about 6-7 metres. One wing is cracked, but the actual wires seems to be intact: no apparent damage to rotor motor. Additionally, the camera detached from the drone, the wires were severed. Camera itself did not sustain any damage.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
