Had a minor impact but where the camera / gimbal is secured by four gators two have come out and the three wires have come disconnected.
There doesn't seem to be any damage apart from the three cables coming out
Could you please advise of

– do I send it in the case / box it is supplied in (its obviously big)

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
