Hi, the unit was looked at by my local repair shop J.C. Fry & Sons ltd. The no sound output problem appears to be the microprocessor. If this is the case how much would it cost to repair the unit please?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
