Fire out of warranty as approx 3 years old. There is no power to switch. Have not used for 6 months and was fine last time we used for glow effect only. Never used this fire for heat only glow effect a dozen times max since purchased so rather disappointed for a £700 fire. Just would like to get the glow effect working as we use for odd family occasions in a large sitting room.
