Hi,
I have a Ctek msx 7.0 which has developed a fault, i think.
When I connect the charger to the car battery and turn the power on, the power led shows green but when i select a program (normal) both the power led and the normal led flash.
I connected a digital voltmeter to the car battery and got a reading of 12.4V.Leaving the charger tuned on and connected to the battery, if I press the 'mode' button the power and normal led go out and the 'bulk' led turns on. The battery voltage does rise at this point but goes above 15V (I turned the charge off and disconnected the charger from the battery at this point).
Do you recognise these symptoms? and can it be repaired ?

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -

I thought my cherised 1970's Hitachi Music Centre was beyond repair until I found on Google Electronic Partners in Telford. … read more They restored it completely and replaced the woofer in both speakers, I couldn't have been more delighted. They kept me informed throughout advising me of part's required and costs which I paid as and when needed which was far better then being presented with a large bill at the end. I found all the staff and engineers very kind and respectful and certainly recommended this company to anyone. Well done everyone keep up the brilliant work 10/10.
