I have a linear 36inch heatsink with 28 leds on it divided over 2 drivers. All components are new but the lights do not come on. I suspect it has to do with the butchered soldering job of the wires onto the leds. Not sure if your service deals with requests like this, but I want it fixed.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
