My problem is exactly like the example shown me on your site. When turned on the blower works at full revs and none of the control buttons work and ALL lights stay on. When I keep the "Mode" button pressed the fan slows down temporarily then picks up again, none of the lights change. I took the machine apart in case there was a build up of crap but there wasn't. I did find though that on the circuit board there is a little black barrel shaped unit (sorry I know NOTHING about electronics!!!) and all around this there are 'soot' markings. That's about all I am able to tell you. I am able to replace the unit as a whole but don't have the knowledge to repair it. Thanks.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
