The device is supposed to convert a VGA output into a low res 15 hz output.
The lights on the system light up when it is powered on but I get a garbled image on the tv.
I can get the image to change if I tap the unit and then if I mess with the switches, on the front of the unit, I do get a flickering image of what I am trying to convert.
I hope this is something you could repair?
