I think that the PCB has failed in extractor hood. The control panel is working, the spot lights in the hood are working. I can hear the relays clicking as I press for fan speed 1, 2, 3 etc. but the fan doesnt spin. Was working fine and it just stopped one day. Thanks.

All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -

The requested repair was also carried out efficiently, and I am very pleased with the result. I have dropped one star in my review because the repair included replacing a red/green LED, and the red LED is so bright that the surrounding fabric is also illuminated, whereas the green LED is quite dim and can only be seen from certain angles. I guess that EP found it difficult to procure the original LED component which is undoubtedly a B&W special.
