Think fuse is blown. Plugged it in and it make a cracklings noise and stopped working. Checked plug (fig 8 line cord) and even with new it didn't work.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
