Hi there, I have a intel core i5 12600HX laptop CPU which is soldered to an interposer which allows for connection to an LGA1700 socket.The CPU itself needs a full reflow as the BGA's are not making proper conncetion.
Do you have the facilities there for a proper infrared BGA reflow and if so what would be the rough cost for a reflow?
Good working CPU and effected CPU attached for reference.
