dad tightened belt on treadmill, maybe too tight. treadmill suddenly stopped slight burning smell. boyf is sparky, tested circuit board, and it seems the signal is still getting through that the treadmill display thinks the belt is moving as distance and speed increases but the belt isnt moving. we arent sure if the belt motor has gone or the PCB board? incline motor works fine. Boyf is unsure what the reading level should be on a treadmill to know if it is the PCB board thats the issue?
