The monitor will not turn on after the power cut. This is appeared to be a known issue for this model. After researching the internet I have ordered this replacement part "EEPROM IC205". I tried to replace the chip but by mistake took out the one from the wrong board! So gave up at that point. I will supply the replacement chip (not sure if you are going to use it). Basically the one I took out by mistake will need to be replaced (no idea what it is) and the one which needed to be replaced will need to be replaced. BTW this is my understanding of the issue. It could be I was wrong from the beginning.
