Repairs
Power supply from board to the motor is missing a connecting pin. Should be 4 but only 3. The solder on the rear of the board in that location looks rough. Looks like it has been subjected to a bit of heat. Not sure if any other problems with board. The ref on the board is DS112k from Dynamic Controls. -
