    Right my unprofessional opinion is its the PCB board. Its powered by a 24v AC transformer which then powers the 24v DC motor so in that pcb board is a rectifier to turn AC to DC i can only get 0.4 of a DV volt out so i think thats the issue. The wire speed knob apears to be working as the resistance is changing when altering it which in turn should then alter the voltage going to motor but still no voltage on full speed or slow speed.
