Hi,
I bought this vape device from amazon around 4 months ago. The 510 connector, which is a screw thread, came off. I have looked this issue up and its a common problem. Even when i try and force the connector back into the vape, the vape does not respond. It just says 'Ohms too low'.
The reason i cannot send it back to the amazon seller due to the fault is because he/she is saying i need to contact Smok which only deal with US customers which really annoying.
I just wanted to know how much you will charge to reattach the 510 connector for the vape to start functioning again.
