I understand that one of your techs maybe able to help me with this device. It is now just outside the manufacturers Warranty. Basically i came to switch out the batteries to put freshly charged ones in and now it wont turn on. I'm thinking maybe a dried solder joint on one of the battery connector pins. It takes 2 18650 batteries. Any ideas?
