The fault on the display is FF which is a board fault. Viessmann technical put this down to a power surge and this spikes the PCB apparently. I am a gas engineer and have replaced 4 PCB in four different boilers all with the same fault in the past 4 months with evidence that there was no power cuts in the area, I’m sure it’s just a simple replacement part on the PCB but what part I don’t know, if you can help me repair the damaged PCB I can use these as a spare for the near future.
