I do not know exactly if it's the battery problem or other system operation problem. It's a dual SIM card phone, and there has been sometimes errors occurs in SIM 1- doesn't show connection or sometimes shows SIM 1 not installed although the SIM card is there. Then yesterday, when I turned off and on the power after changing the SIM cards (as I used different SIM cards in another country), it showed loading and the screen doesn't come up. So, can I fixed these two problems (there may be some other main causes of the problems)? Thanks

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
