    Phone is brand new. Opened screen the other day and there were horizontal red lines. On start up the lines are white. On onscreen the lines have a red/purple hue. Very odd as phone has never been dropped either. NB I also have an older Keyone which I have repaired before. However the phone does not make any sound now (ringer or microphone and the screen could do with replacing also. I have to back up my photos before sending for repair but can you repair this phone also?) Many thanks.
