The phone screen just went blank after watching video online. The battery at that point was very low and the phone charger was connected. It isn’t charging.
Not sure if the battery or the screen that’s at fault.
I have already completed an online form but heard nothing from you but it may not have been this form I completed.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
