The phone had about 50% charge and I tried to use it but pressing the power on/off button and nothing happened. Gave phone a full charge and still no power. Tried holding down all buttons in different combinations. Still no power. The phone has never been dropped and has no damage. It was working fine until the problem started. The phone was used ok only 20 minutes before the problem started and was in the same room. I have tried all possible actions of charging and pressing buttons. Still no power.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
