There is only 3 metal groove thingys not sure what they are called in the charger port so it only charges when the usb is at obscure positions and takes upto 24hrs to fully charge. i dont think there is battery problems because it is only a year old and it has been treated well apart from recently with the charger problems. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
