When I plug the charger in the charging indicator displays, check an hour later and the amount of charge in the battery has reduced instead of increasing. Turned off the phone and even if I locate that right position for charging the phone doesn't charge. I bought a battery but the same thing happen. Phone turns on, just not charging.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
