I dropped my phone about a month ago and the screen cracked a bit, but it worked fine. Now a few weeks later, after rebooting my phone – everything has just disappeared. The only thing I can see is the screen saver and the notification bar. The alarm clock works and I can take incoming calls. It’s just the widget screen that seems to have vanished.

My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
