The phone was on charge one night when we had a storm (with lightening). The next morning the socket into which the charger was plugged had tripped and the phone no longer worked. Thinking the battery was at fault I purchased a new battery, having also tried a different charger, but it still did not work. I then took it to a phone shop and they checked it and confirmed that it would not charge. At the time the phone was still under guarantee but this has now run out.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
