        I recently bought an Elephone P9000 which has since developed a fault. The touchscreen went faulty and Elephone sent me instructions on how to fix it myself, downloading drivers and the like, sadly this advice has resulted in my phone and USB-C no longer working at all. My phone is now just a dead block of parts… Have you encountered this issue before and if so do you have a way of fixing this complete disaster?
