Hello the phone has stopped allowing me to get on line. I am on giffgaff the top of thr screen shows that I have either 3g or 4g, when on wifi I get whatever browser I wish. However when I am using the internet without wifi, I get imediatelly that the is a problem with getting the web I request. I have tried the sim in another phone all is ok. I am at my whits end. I have limmited phone knowlage. I have been on line but I think I Have tried all the advice I have seen, can you help. Yours Ray

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
