Dropped the phone, and screen cracked. Device still turns on and functions, however underneath the crack the display is unresponsive.
To elaborate, there is an arching crack across the display. Below the crack, no matter what you do the device will not register any kind of input from touch, however above it, touching the display will let you navigate your way around, doing the limited things you're able to exposed to that portion of display. The display still shows a full, clear (excluding crack) image and has no artifacting or distortion to the actual image outputted. The only thing affected is the display response.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
