I dropped the phone which cracked the screen; although the LCD worked the digitizer did not. I took the phone to get the screen fixed and the phone has been returned in a bad state. As far as I'm aware the screen is working (the charger light works) but the device does not turn on. It also appears the loudspeaker has been disconnected from the motherboard – the black and red wires are not connected. How much for you guys to do a teardown and fix it all? Would it be possible for me to send you the device and then receive the estimate?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
