      Had a quote recently based on the screen not responding at all. It is just the volume keys and power button on the right that is not working – screen and other features work when sleep mode is deactivated by charging. Partner took the back of and it seems the tape stuck to it rather than staying on the base, I assume the connection to buttons has been pulled. Please can you requote.
