My Golf buddy (world platinum) GPS screen became unresponsive after I left off the water proof seal over the charging point. The screen continued to work fine but I could not enter any commands via the touch screen facility. I managed without this facility as I was advised by Golf Buddy that I needed to send it to USA for repair. 3 years later it started to work again and I tried to adjust the sensitivity using the touch screen menu facility. I think I must have reduced it and the touch screen facility stopped working again. Can you fix this?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
