Cost for battery replacement please. Has the usual early shutdown issue. Been back to Huawei, who did not replace battery. Phone is 16 Months old, still under two year warranty, but they just did a "software update" which fixed nothing.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
