Hi, Following a heavy fall my phone has developed a fault I think relating to the microphone/speaker. It won't play videos or make calls. for a while it froze when camera put into video mode. There is some relatively minor damage to the back housing that could be replaced also.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
