Dropped the phone on some cobblestones and it dented the side of the aluminium casing and cracked the screen. At the very least, I'd like to have the screen replaced but I'd also like to have the aluminium casing replaced if that's also an option (it has numerous, smaller dents down the left hand side).

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
