I need a progress report the following. I cannot log into your customer portal or find a way to register my email address which the PC claims is unknown to you despite having raised job ticket SO id 30004524.SO id 30004524
I posted my telephone to you on 16/07/2015, I have telephoned numerous times since then, during office hours, but have only heard a message that states “please ring back in office hours”
Please advise progress of the repair and the cost.
