The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. To have a 60% mark up on that initial quote when they had the tablet was a bit much, but I suppose not entirely unexpected with such a business model.

      On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
      All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
