Back glass has shattered as a result of a drop and needs replacing. The phone has started to become unresponsive with apps constantly crashing and the phone itself being very very slow or not working at all. The phone went through an autonomous constant rebooting cycle where it would not fully turn on and then eventually displayed "Device Memory Damaged – the data partition has been corrupted" (or something to that effect. I believe it may be a logic board issue?
