Hi,
My wife has dropped her phone and the screen no longer works properly. It turns on, but is unusable. I think it needs a new screen, and possibly a new touch panel

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
