No sound, both in and out. Can't play music, youtube clips and videos got no sound; Can't record, send voice messages through wtsap nor ig. Able to listen music through bluetooth earbuds but not headphones with cable. Tried rebooting, reset and erased all settings but still not work.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
