Hello,
I've been using for some time, but recently I found the one thing annoying, its the volume button, which isn't placed very stable, it just shakes left and right a lot, it's much more uncomfortable to use because of it also, because often You have to click once, to make the button into volume down position, then click the second time to lower the sound.
I attached a video of the issue, start watching at 0:24, on my earlier phone Huawei G7, which I consider a class lower telephone, this quality was much better.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
