I have already had one bootloop issue, it was sent back and repaired. It was fine for a few months since getting it back but in the past days it has started freezing and then restarting itself. It got worse and started restarting multiple times in a row before I could use it. Then it froze and then turned off completely. I have been unable to get it back on at all, ive tried taking the battery out and have even replaced the battery but that didnt work. It does come on sometimes saying it is on 0% battery, and then I am able to charge it. But when it gets enough charge to come on it will boot up and then die again.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
