Hello,
I have a Doogee S95 Pro phone. Which starts with the splash screen "Doogee Powered by android" and then reboots with the splash screen "Doogee Powered by android" being displayed again. Its stuck in a loop and never advances beyond the splash screen "Doogee Powered by android"".
I have tried a soft reboot and it does not fix it.
The battery and the charge port have been checked. Someone has said it needs a new firmware install.Phillip
