Basically, the selfie camera does not work, it produces a black or very blurry image. The button to take a picture or start a recording does not respond. Initially, I thought it was a software problem and I performed a factory reset. However, after that, the problem did not disappear.
I believe it is a hardware problem because it is not responding to other apps. For instance, if I run whatsapp, the selfie camera produces a black screen.
