Touchscreen problems: 1. I cannot access the Upper Sliding Shotcut Menu. It simply doesn't slide like it wouldn't exist. 2. When I leave the mobile phone on any surface and when it's not in my hand, the touchscreen is not responsive, execpt the 3 buttons on the menu bar downside. 3. The headphone socket is not working properly when I'm using headphones. It keeps disconnecting/ connecting on and off.
