I've been using my mobile phone Okitel u13 a known problem with the display.
The display no longer reacts to touch., When I at the top of the housing and display squeeze back, the display returns to the mainboard.
So obviously a contact problem. The mobile phone is only 2 months old. However, I do not want to send to Gearbest to China and wait a long time.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
