I bought my oukitel U15 Pro from a company in China and everything works on it fine accept connection to my car Bluetooth.
Before I connect to the car Bluetooth I have to put the phone into airplane mode and then switch airplane mode off and switch Bluetooth on and I can make and receive calls perfectly but if I don't do this procedure the phone just rings and doesn't come through the car speakers. I get a message on the phone saying conditional on forwarding call forward unconditional I can't remember.
After a series of emails with the company I purchased from their suggestion was to replace the battery. However I am a bit reluctant to open the phone and replace the battery if there is no guarantee that it is going to solve the problem.
I have done a complete factory reset but this has not resolved the Bluetooth problem but the battery seems to have improved so it's not like I have a poorly functioning battery that needs replacing anyway.
I would be grateful for some advice.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
