Ulefone Armor 3W HI there, I bought the above mentioned Smartphone in 2022, unfortunately, both he Memory Card and 1 separate SIM Card Port Holders have ‘Snapped/Broken Off and also the Second SIM Card Port Holder has come loose and likely may also snap off or broken off and I can not ‘Insert’ my Memory and SIM Cards in their respective Ports. Since I am still using the Phone, I want to find out if you still repair Ulefone Armor Smartphones. If so, then I would like to send this Phone to you for repair as soon as possible. Please adivise how much it might cost and how long it would take once I send in the Phone. Please advise what I should do in order to send it to you. I am a local resident, I mean, live in the UK.
